Use and Storage
Place the pack in the freezer for at least 1 hour before use. Wrap it around the ankle and fasten the straps. Store it in a plastic bag in the freezer after use.
Do not use it for purposes other than cooling, heat it, puncture it, or handle it roughly. If it feels too cold, use a towel between the pack and skin. Do not apply it to the same area continuously for more than 5 minutes. The contents are not edible; if swallowed, do not force vomiting and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
