How to Use
- For cold use, fill the bag about one-half to two-thirds full with ice, remove excess air, and close the cap securely.
- For warm use, fill the bag about one-half to two-thirds full with water at 46–50°C and close the cap securely.
- Wrap the bag in a towel before applying it. Do not put the bag itself in a freezer.
Care
